1. Introduction

Welcome to Services-Flow, an application designed for the administration and management of properties, incidents, and tasks. Services-Flow is a visual platform that allows Clients to report incidents, Managers to assign and supervise tasks, and Technicians to execute and update the status of tasks within the application.

By accessing and using Services-Flow, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms govern the relationship between you and Services-Flow. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our application.

2. Definitions

For clarity, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • Application: Refers to Services-Flow, the property, incident, and task management system developed in React and Express.js.
  • User: Any person who uses the application, including, but not limited to, Administrators, Managers, Technicians, and Clients.
  • Services: Refers to the functionalities offered by the application, including, but not limited to, task management, property administration, role assignment, and SMS notifications.
  • Content: Any information, text, graphics, data, or multimedia provided by the user or the application.
  • Administrator (Admin): User with full control over the application, including managing users, properties, and general settings.
  • Manager: User responsible for creating, assigning, and supervising tasks and incidents, as well as managing the technical team.
  • Technician: User responsible for executing assigned tasks on properties and updating their status within the application.
  • Client (Customer): User who owns or is responsible for a property where tasks will be performed, with the ability to report incidents.
  • Property: Refers to the house, real estate, or physical location where maintenance and incident resolution tasks are managed and performed.

3. Use of the Application

  • Purpose: Services-Flow is designed to help users manage and schedule tasks and maintenance in properties located in the United States.
  • Examples of Tasks: Tasks may include, but are not limited to, pool cleaning, general repairs, inspections, and various types of maintenance.
  • Workflow: Clients can create incidents; Managers can review, assign these incidents to Technicians, and supervise their progress. Technicians, according to the scheduled date, travel to the location and perform the tasks.
  • User Information: Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using the application and to keep such information updated as necessary.
  • User Conduct: Users agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the application or violates the rights of other users or third parties.

4. Integration with Third-Party Services

4.1. Google Sign-In

  • To access the application, Users must sign in through their Google account.
  • By signing in with Google, the User authorizes Services-Flow to access basic information from their Google account, such as their name, email address, and profile picture, which is necessary for the operation and personalization of the application.
  • Services-Flow will use Google account information solely to provide the described services and for user authentication purposes, and will not share this information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without the User's explicit consent.

4.2. Integration with Google Calendar

  • The application uses the Google Calendar API to manage and schedule user tasks.
  • By accepting these terms, the User authorizes Services-Flow to access and use their Google Calendar account to create, modify, and delete events related to the scheduled tasks within the application. This includes the synchronization of dates, times, and task descriptions.
  • Services-Flow will only use the Google Calendar API for the aforementioned purposes and will not share this information with third parties without the User's explicit consent. The application will not access personal calendar events of the user unrelated to Services-Flow tasks.

4.3. SMS Notifications (via Twilio)

  • By using our application and opting in to receive SMS notifications, the User agrees that Services-Flow may send text messages (SMS) to their registered mobile phone number.
  • Purpose: These messages are purely transactional and informational. They include notifications related to scheduled tasks (e.g., "Task Assigned," "Task Completed," "Priority Update"), important application updates, or any essential communication for managing services and tasks. They are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Frequency: Message frequency will depend on the activity level of your assigned tasks and properties. We do not send regularly scheduled or recurring messages unrelated to your specific tasks.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile service provider to any SMS notifications sent to or received from Services-Flow. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on your plan's messaging and data rates.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS notification service at any time. To stop receiving SMS notifications, reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Support: For assistance or more information, you can reply "HELP" to any message you receive from us, visit our website at www.services-flow.com, or contact our support team at main@services-flow.com.
  • Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. The information collected through our SMS notification service is used solely for the purpose of sending you task-related alerts and is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 5. User Responsibilities

Each user type has specific responsibilities within the application:

  • Administrator (Admin): Responsible for the general application configuration, user and role management, and system supervision.
  • Manager: Responsible for creating and assigning tasks, supervising the technical team, ensuring task completion on time, and managing properties.
  • Technician: Responsible for diligently performing assigned tasks, updating task status in the application promptly, and reporting any incidents.
  • Client (Customer): Responsible for providing access and the necessary information for performing tasks on their property, and for clearly and accurately reporting incidents.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account and all activities occurring under it. They must notify Services-Flow immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionalities of the application (including, but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and their selection and arrangement) are the property of Services-Flow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • These Terms and Conditions do not grant you any rights to the Services-Flow brand, logos, or other brand design elements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the application will be free of errors or interruptions, or that its use will be uninterrupted or secure.
  • We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including loss of data or business interruption.
  • Services-Flow is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Technicians or the actions of any user.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

  • The application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Services-Flow.
  • Services-Flow has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Services-Flow shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • Modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication in the application. Continued use of the application after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
